E001
Ignition failure / False flame detection
Check gas supply and pressure. Clean the igniter and flame rod. May require a professional.
E002
Low water pressure
Ensure the water pressure is above the minimum level. It should reset automatically when pressure returns.
E003
Ignition failure
Check gas supply, air filter, and vent. Clean the igniter and flame sensor.
E004
False flame detection
Check the flame sensor. May require cleaning or replacement.
E006
Heating supply outlet thermistor short or open
Inspect thermistor connections and the sensor itself for damage or corrosion.
E012
Flame Loss
Check gas pressure and the flame rod. If the issue continues, a technician may be needed.

Overheating of the heat exchanger
Turn the system off for 30 minutes. Clean the inlet water filter and flush the heat exchanger.
